We wish to inform you of a minor modification to the outer appearance of our products. Due to a recent shift in our raw material suppliers for the fiber-glass reinforced plastic (FRP) that forms the outer shell of our reverse osmosis membrane elements, there will be a subtle variation in the color of the FRP shell compared to current versions. This adjustment will be reflected across our 8-inch diameter LG NanoH2O™ membrane product line.

Please note that this modification will neither influence other product features, its performance nor affect our supply chain. The transition will begin on September 1, 2023. During this transitional phase, some shipments may comprise a mix of the previous FRP outer shell version. For further details, kindly reach out to your local LG Water Solutions sales representative.
