To address the impacts of climate change and the increasing need for safe and reliable potable water source, a new SWRO system designed and built by Culligan Italiana S.p.A. equipped with the industry’s highest salt rejection SWRO membrane by LG Water Solutions, has been commissioned on Elba Island (Italy) this year. The SWRO system, equipped with the industry’s highest salt rejection SWRO membranes by LG Water Solutions, is expected to deliver excellent permeate water quality at lower energy consumption compared to configurations using RO membranes from other manufacturers.
